OTTIS collars was started after many years of searching for unique, quality, premium dog collars. I have always loved the luxury of leather. Western belts were the look that I wanted to see in a pet collar; really just a
miniature belt. That was the start of our Deluxe Line. I continued to look for different designs that would work for everyday collars and that became the Classic Line, with standard buckles, but with added conchos to keep the look upscale.
